1. This Policy sets out the rules for the collection, processing and use of personal data by NETCABLE SP. Z O.O. SP.K.
2. The administrator of your personal data is NETCABLE SP. Z O.O. SP.K. ul. JANA MATEJKI 2B / 5, 59-220 LEGNICA, POLAND.
3. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / WE - hereinafter referred to as "GDPR".
4. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time (if the processing is based on your consent) without affecting for the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
5. You can lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

 

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA BY E-MAIL CORRESPONDENCE
1. Processing takes place for the purpose of correspondence by e-mail, pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR.
2. Personal data provided by you in e-mail correspondence are processed, including: name and surname and e-mail address.
3. The recipients of personal data are the addressees of e-mail correspondence. The data can be stored on an external mail server. They may also be connected with external IT companies in the field of servicing and supplying IT equipment. In addition, the data will not be disclosed (made available) to other entities, except as provided for in applicable regulations.
4. The data will not be transferred to third countries or to international organizations, unless such an obligation results from the provisions of generally applicable law.
5. The data will be kept until the end of the matter to which the correspondence relates. In the case of correspondence resulting in further cooperation, the data will be stored for a period of 5 years, counting from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline expired due to applicable tax regulations.
6. Providing data is voluntary, however failure to do so may prevent the administrator from contacting a given person by e-mail.
 

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN RECRUITMENT PROCESSES (CV, LETTERS)
1. Personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a and c of the GDPR and the Labor Code - the Act of June 26, 1974 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320) for the purpose of recruitment for work in the company.
2. Personal data will be processed using the recruitment support website. External IT companies may also have access to them in the field of servicing and providing us with software and IT hardware. In addition, the data will not be disclosed (made available) to other entities, except as provided for in applicable regulations.
3. Personal data will be kept for the period of recruitment or for one year from submitting the application (if the applicant agrees to the processing of personal data for "future recruitments").
4. Providing personal data is not required by any regulations, but failure to do so will make it impossible to participate in the recruitment process.
5. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
 

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA CONTAINED ON CONTRACTS, INVOICES AND OTHER ACCOUNTING DOCUMENTS
1. Data processing takes place in order to perform the contract and fulfil the legal obligations incumbent on the administrator (keeping accounting records) in accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b and c of the GDPR.
2. The following data are processed: name and address of the seller and the buyer, tax identification number, data of the signatory, if any, and other data included in invoices and other accounting documents.
3. The administrator may entrust the processing of data to external accounting companies and law firms. External IT companies may also have access to them in the field of servicing and delivering software and IT equipment, as well as postal and courier companies, in the case of sending correspondence. In the event of payment, your data will be transferred to the banks. In the remaining scope, the data will not be disclosed (made available) to other entities, except as provided for in applicable regulations.
4. The data will not be transferred to third countries or to international organizations, unless such an obligation results from the provisions of generally applicable law.
5. The data will be stored for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline expired due to the applicable tax regulations. In the case of a contract for the duration of the contract.

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AS PART OF VISUAL MONITORING
1. The processing is based on the processing is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR and the Labor Code - the Act of June 26, 1974 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, items 1040, 1043, 1495), and monitoring is used to protect property and ensure safety in the monitored area.
2. The following data are processed: the image of people in the monitored area.
3. Personal data may be disclosed to the relevant services in the event of recording a crime or damage to property. In addition, the data will not be disclosed (made available) to other entities, except as provided for in applicable regulations.
4. The data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
5. The data will be stored for a period of 30 days. In the event that the image recordings constitute evidence in the proceedings or the employer has learned that they may constitute evidence in the proceedings, the above-mentioned the time limit is extended until the final conclusion of the procedure.

 

PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA ON THE ADMINISTRATOR'S SOCIAL NETWORK PORTALS
1. Processing takes place for the purpose of maintaining contact with customers and potential customers, in accordance with Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR via social networks such as facebook and instagram.
2. The following data are processed: name and surname, image, other data provided by users on their profiles.
3. The data will be available to the provider of the given portal and its users. External IT companies may also have access to them in the field of software and IT hardware maintenance. In addition, the data will not be disclosed (made available) to other entities, except as provided for in applicable regulations.
4. The data will not be transferred to third countries or to international organizations, subject to point 3 above. When using a social networking site, you must be aware that the provisions on the protection of personal data of countries outside the European Union may be less restrictive.
5. The data will be stored for the period in which the user will follow the administrator or until the end of the case related to the correspondence conducted via the portal.
6. Providing data is voluntary.
 

COOKIES ON THE WWW.NETCABLE.COM.PL SERVICE
1. If the User agrees, cookies placed on the User's end device may be used by advertisers and business partners cooperating with us in order to display advertisements tailored to the User's preferences also on other websites. These advertisers and business partners are our Trusted Partners, see section 5.5. Trusted Partners want to have access to your data in order to be able to offer you our offer on other websites that you may be interested in, your data will also be used for analysis in order to be able to present such offers to people similar to you.
